I’m so glad I picked Heartbeat up… I shut down my WordPress and LearnDash sites after migrating everything to Heartbeat.

There are a few key things that need to be improved, such as spacing for threads and course titles. It currently only holds about ten characters and then cuts it off. I’m dumbfounded how this being such a popular request, is still not done, and you can see it so quickly.

It seems support isn’t available on Wednesdays and Thursdays, which to me, is a big no-no. The message “we’ll be back on Friday” always appears when I need help the most.

Documentation needs to be updated. The simple things I looked up didn’t match the interface, and then I had to submit a ticket and get the message that support was back on Friday.

With these three fundamental issues that bug me, I do not regret picking up Heartbeat and can’t wait to launch.”
